1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, you may need to receive the product and follow our Return & Refund Policy, if the product is eligible for return.

3. Cancellation by Shaqan

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

• Product being unavailable
• Pricing or product information errors
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Delivery location being unavailable
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be initiated.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
